Orders

Orders have a minimum value of €9.99 (VAT included and excluding shipping costs) or €8.12 excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Orders are usually dispatched within two working days after receipt of payment. Orders are sent by CTT Expresso or Correos Express and the customer will be provided with a code that allows them to track the order on the carrier's website.

Deliveries / Shipping
Portugal-Didáctico sends all products purchased in its Online Store via CTT Expresso or Correos Express. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on whether the customer lives on the mainland or the islands. Orders to the mainland over €100 have free shipping and to the islands €200. We currently do not send orders outside of Portugal, except to Spain.

The status of the order and shipping can be checked by the customer in the customer area.

Returns
The deadline for returning items purchased from the online store is 15 days after shipping.

The customer must contact us by email or telephone before making the return.

Only the value of the product will be refunded; shipping costs are the customer's sole responsibility.

If you wish to return the order, Portugal-Didáctico will assess the situation. If the return is accepted, Portugal-Didáctico will issue a Credit Note for the same amount as the product in question, after receiving and confirming the condition of the item. This Credit Note may be discounted from future purchases or the item may be returned.

The shipping costs to Portugal-Didáctico will be borne by the Customer.

In the event of an error in the item sent (human error on the part of Portugal-Didáctico), collection will be requested and the item must be in its original packaging, sealed and the box must not be damaged. Portugal-Didáctico will then send the missing item.

Order cancellation
Orders that are not paid within 5 working days will be cancelled.

Payments
After making the payment by bank transfer, preferably, you should send proof of payment to our email.

Without proof, we will have to wait for bank confirmation of payment to proceed with sending the order.

In the case of payment by Multibanco Reference, it is not necessary to send proof of payment. Portugal-Didáctico will be notified automatically.

Customers
For legal reasons, we only accept orders from customers who are of legal age. All orders sent contain an invoice with the NIF indicated by the customer.

Except for human error, all images of the items actually represent the product purchased.
